The heat is too much for me.. 9 week is such a short time in brain injury recovery 🤕

Me too.. couldn’t believe I slept through it 😳 I was told it was mega.. and I had my window open.. I must deep sleep 😐

Today is supposed to be the hottest day of the year & I can’t move 🔥🙄 I’d rather see some rain.

Hope it gets cooler my dog is suffering along with my head, lol put ice cubes in her water, I had a cool shower which was lovely but back to clammy now !! Keep dogs cool and yourselves all xxxx

We were lucky enough to be able to leave our dog at ' Scottish Granny's' after my partner's birthday treat at Gleneagles. Sitting here in London, I'm rather jealous of the dog, bless her. At least I only have to watch myself in this heat!

Dear Wazza84, hope U R wel, my affordable way to coups with thisextremely uncomfortable heats is;

Brougthed on eBay;

A small /portable, mini aircondicionair +humidifier +air purifies. .for+-£14,00

Also a small gel cooling matches, got the my on Asda, for £10,00
