Hi all

I am still attending my joint NHS/gym nutrition and exercise class. I have lost a stone so far , I would still like to lose another 20 lb.

Well done, when I mention I'm trying to lose weight to my practice, it's kind of brushed under the carpet! I know I don't look overweight but I've put on 15 kilos since leaving hospital, and I feel that weight gain, apart from having to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes.

Keep it up you are doing so well .

That's brill, Tigeranne ! I've noticed a little 'roll' round my middle lately but the rest of me is like spaghetti with knots in ! - I suspect it's an age thing ( 47 - scary ! ) : ) x

Well done! Keep up the good work. When you share your success many like to share how they fail in their aspirations - don't let that negativity rub off on you. Stay focused - your health will benefit when the extra fat disappears as your body becomes a more efficient absorber of vitamins and healing speeds up. A stone is a significant milestone - bet you are feeling pleased! :)
