Love it. I have a friend called paracetamol as well - what a co-incidence :)

Rotten isn't it. My friend is CoCodamol ; (Paracetamol alone doesn't touch me & can't take Ibuprofen.

To make things worse I get the 3rd degree every time I buy them ................ 'You mustn't take more than 8 a day............ and not for more than 3 days.............You understand the risk of addiction..................only one pack allowed.........................'

It's enough to give anyone a headache

Hope things improve soon Andy ! x!

Horrible living like that daily isn't it! I need to take a mixture at the moment and I've never been a believer in taking anything but needs must! Wish I had a magic wand I could wave for all of us on here! xx

My headaches luckly are mild since paracetamol and ibuprofen even together don't touch it.

They also are only weekly ish now.

On a more serious note.

I used to get headaches quite often. I don't get them so often now because I have changed my horrible, sugary diet to a more natural, alkaline diet.

Look into your bodies PH system.
