Great news! Another step ahead, and will help his confidence, and know even after this short time there is life after brain injury! You must be so chuffed!
May look like a simple drink in a pub, something folk do every day, without a thought. We here all know how well earned that drink is. Small steps are giant steps after a BI so keep on taking them and very best wishes to you.
Hello Mark! Debs it is lovely to see...each of your posts has been a little stepping stone of positivity on the way towards the path of full confidence. So glad you are both moving boldly on. I am sure it will inspire many others x
Hi Debbie. That is great to hear, and yes, it is hard to "let go". It is so much like a toddler who is learning new things, and you are still afraid they are going to fall or get hurt isn't it? Your Mark looks lovely, I can see from the shape of his head, he has a lot in common with my husband Steve!! Steve is nearly 3 years post brain injury and although a different man to the one I married, blossoming in his own right, and doing far more than we ever thought possible. Keep up the good work Mark!!
