Only one day to go until the Baron and Baroness's annual gigfest. Last year Clapham Common, this year Birmingham. Can't chuffing wait!

Then only two weeks to kill before the delayed honeymoon. I'm so excited, a little bit of wee just came out.

Nurofen packed, now to get my passenger/navigator head on...

Whough! The wee bit was awee bit too much information!

If your co-driver/navigator skills anything like mine most of it involves biting my tongue to avoid upsetting my chauffeur ("The Wife") and end up excersising the old legs and lift thumbing technique.

Hope the gig fest goes well and leaves you with enough continence skills and energy to fully enjoy thecdelayed honeymoon.

Enjoy

Ta Geoff. Just to add, a bit of wee didn't come out really :)

Is that really really or are you just trying to cover the embarrassment?

Oh by the way did you get away with the snoozy in the new recliner..... ahhh! Now I know why you went for leather... non absorbant and wipe clean ;-) .

Ear plugs help reduce the neurofen intake!

Enjoy

Live musics the best and if the bands your favourite then go with the nurofen!

I always used earplugs in the bands I played drums with which might ecplain why I wad always playing something different from thevrest of the guys lol

The excitement of the crowd and the percussion coursing through the flesh ; there's nothing to compare.

..........................................sorry, got a bit carried away there ; suffering from deprivation probably ! :o

Have a great time Andy, both of you. And I hope the sun shines for you. xx

We were right at the front, touching distance from the main bank of speakers. Our clothes were actually moving with every drum beat.

It was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! A really cracking night and we loved every minute. The Baroness perhaps loved it more as the lead singer waved at her and she's now slightly smitten :)

I smell a divorce...

There's nothing to beat it is there ; I'm really pleased you both had such a great day.

But as for the Baroness............................................ ;-) :-/

I once pushed through a door marked 'Private' to get the Beatle's autographs at a concert in Winsford, before their big-time.

They'd come off stage & McCartney just wanted to get going, but lovely John Lennon made them all sign and gave me a kiss. Loved that man.

No doubt you're both still revelling in the after-glow (especially Sharon). xx

Ooh, get you! The Beatles eh? I'm impressed :)

Still on the adrenaline high now, but aching all over from the clapping, jumping up and down, etc.

I'm too old for this malarkey!

Give over. I bet you'll still be leaping around in 30/40 years time........................even if it IS with the aid of a zimmer !! :-/

Sharon will be holding me up. although the little 'un loves the band too, but is a tad young for gigs as yet. By the time I need my zimmer, she'll be there...

Have fun! I used to love going to live music especially (as Cat says) FEELING the drums in my body. But now can't get comfy any which way and most things are in the evening = I don't go out eves any more.

Have a great time!

So tell me is the Baroness so fine, or do you not want her dirty love?
