My dad now
Isn't it wonderful when a loved one comes back to you after being at the brink.
You have the look. in the photo, which I often see on my son/daughter's face ; a wistful look which says you've been to hell and back . . . . . . . . . but it's ok now.
Lovely photo Ann. So glad your lovely dad came through. xx
This is a great photo - Dad and daughter together and knowing it after a very traumatic time of uncertainty.
Your relief that he came through his coma will have been great. I am wondering how he is doing now with regards to his recovery back at home?
Very best wishes to both of you.
He is doin amazing, no headaches no lasting damage, he does everything for himself he don't need any help, his memory is great just cant remember the accident or the time in spent in critical care or the wards xx
Yes, your dad's a very lucky fellow having dodged the after effects ; I'm so pleased for both of you. It's lovely to hear a success story, so thanks Ann ; you've brightened up a rather dreary day. I'm in Manchester and it's grey & rainy ! xx
Amazing thing ,the brain, fuelled by a determined spirit-a very happy ending for you all x
That's so nice to see make sure you look after him and don't be surprised if he makes mistakes or thinks he knows better because having a TBI my self I know all too well I can be the same if something isn't done a certain way... Or the feeling of something taking over an get angry and not knowing why, Al the best any way to you and your dad keep up the good work
Ian
