crippling head and neck

always massaging my right side of head, nausea and hurting lots. what can I do not a lot back pain as well.

I got acupuncture to help with mine, tried relaxation, stretching the muscles, heat pads, ice packs, and yoga.

Once you manage to break the pain cycle it's easier to not get so cramped, which stops the pain bein so bad which helps the headaches and sicky feeling. It's nice to get effective pain relief but it took a long time to break the pain.

I find its worse when I'm cold.

aww thanks for that yes , its bad all the time but the colder the weather the worse it isx

since it sounds muscular in cause? have you tried hydrotherphy?

Just a thought, because most of the symptoms you have described match mine when my neck and shoulders are bad with osteoarthritis.

On those fairly regular occassions I get a lot of high pitched whistling noise in my head and a feeling of nausea.
