i was reminded that i always used this song to explain how angry i would get when people wouldn't understand when i explained

and even though the anger is real i also know it is inappropriate and misplaced like in this video but i have no control over that.

the song is Stan by Eminem

no real point to this post other than i feel to me anyway it sort of explains how my disfunction anger can arise and breed

"D'ya Like Me Now" by The Heavy and "Check My Brain" by Alice in Chains were my two when I was still wrestling with adjustment. I've now mellowed :-)
