My name is jegan. I had my accident when I was 17 while riding my trusty bicycle which could get me anywhere in no time at all. I'm now 23 go to headway 2-3 days a week. would be nice to meet some new people

yes that's all true and I just wanted to bother all you lot with another question/post. did anybody else other than myself and alan from headways totton group ridingtheir bike or doing something physical I would very much like to hear from you!!

And Irn Bru, after having a knock on the head I drank about 2 litres of Irn Bru a day and I've mostly recovered so it must be the secret to a good recovery.
