Any one feeling held down or back by anger or even resentment - possibly irrationally, but nevertheless 'steadfastedly' constraining?

Hi Gisela. For the first time in my life I am finding increasing impatience with just about everything. I used to have good concentration and infinite patience e.g. I used to build all my own furniture, which could take days......weeks.......the more complicated the better.

Now the tiniest task can be so irritating. Whereas previously I would persevere when things became awkward or problematic, I now lose my temper so easily........which has become a serious motivation issue.
