Just an afterthought.....I hope this progress brings you a little nearer to realising your fantasy of the fantails......that would be really special ! xx

Good to hear of so many positive moves for you I hope you achieve some of your dreams very soon.

Good to hear for somebody getting an comprehensive support package too.

Have a lovely day x

ty meowth, I also now have an appointment with a neuropsychologist on the 30th of this month. so more good news and going to check out my local headway next wednesday.

I have alot going on.

Cat, are you talking about the fantail doves I want for my dovecot, as my dog is chasing pigeons so im having to think about it a bit, maybe it will have to be deco rational, and then maybe some will move in.

Having a bad day for paranoia today but hoping that keeping busy will sort that out.

I always worried about my cats chasing the birds but never considered dogs to be a problem.......shame.

Yes do keep busy......on vulnerable days it's probably the best way to deal with troublesome thoughts. Good luck with it kjg. xx
