Thanks razi, a very interesting link, like you said a different way of thinking about the problem. I use the term problem as my last appointment last week, regarding my ear and tinnitus was with a dental surgeon I was referred to about a possible TMJ disorder (long story short) he referred me back to my GP after dental MRI and 8 questions and examination of my ear for a course of anti-depressants!!!!

So, thanks once again for some realistic support from a trust worthy human on my wavelength x

aw thank you,my friend sent it to me,an it eases the burden of irritation, now i flow with the tones, rather than trying to ignore them, especially when trying to sleep..am happy this link also helped someone else, cope mentally with this problem, maybe not so problem,if one can see the higher aspects of sensory compensation..thank you again, did not expect such a rich reply x

Sorry, but I found this person quite irritating.....there was a great deal of talking (and repetition) but nothing of substance or intelligence. I was hoping to learn something helpful about tinnitus as I would love to find some relief but I feel I must have been watching the wrong video as this had no bearing whatsoever on the condition.

Sorry, I found myself wanting to switch him off, felt like he likes the sound of his own voice:-(

lol lubilu01..i kept falling asleep,he should of got someone else to narrate his findings.. ;)

aw sorry to hear that cat3,thats why i found the comments quite interesting, did not work for everyone.. have moved onto alpha and beta waves from this..the ringing and drumming in my ears, just does not madden me as it used..it still happens especially at night, but it is a problem i can live with..i went to a sound therapy session, and discussed with the sound therapist,i am now taking gong and sound healing instruction with him, from one boring video to sound healing ..was meant to be..take care cat3,an if i hear of anything else, will post :)
