Low fat bread

I follow the Rosemary Conely diet and all my foods need to be less than 5g of fat per 100g serving.

Does anyone know of any bread that fits into this catagory please, I have noticed it is all quite high and i really am going to lose weight this year!!

thank you xx

Juvella fresh white bread which I get for my son on prescription has 2.6g per 100g. Also the livewell pitta bread has 3.6g. Hope this helps.

Warburton's & Fria is low in fat. Worth seeking them out and trying them. We swapped from the other brands as soon as we saw that 2 slices was over 10 g fat!

Better look at my bread now, Livwell or dietary special. Never gave it a thought.

Surely the easy answer is to bake your own? I use a panasonic one (the best there are!) and bake kamut bread frequently. Plus normal bread, for others, very easy to do and cheaper!

I use Dove's farm bread mix in my breadmaker and it turns out lovely...its the recipe on the back of the bag and i prefer the white as the brown is a bit too crumbly! I use olive oil which is much healthier than normal fats used in GF bread.
