I was trying one of my HOME MADE gluten free rolls and the cap came off my tooth, you've guessed it, i stuck it back with super glue! Not a nice taste but still there after 24 hours.

It doesn't contain gluten but it does contain cyanoacrylate. Not a good idea to put it in your mouth! Can you get to a dentist sometime soon?

See ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/151... for info on toxicity of cyanoacrylates

One of the original purposes of superglue was for medical use - to stick wounds together. Still used in some cases for this, especially, I think for things like when my friend split her eyebrow open in a fall and the doctor pulled out the glue rather than stitching (which would have scarred).

Yes, cyanoacrylate is toxic, but its the vapours more, and its a cumulative effect. So using it occasionally is fine. using it regularly for craft work puts you into the industrial exposure category and you should start worrying (or using a chemical mask or fume extractor). Fixing a tooth as a one-off is probably no big deal.
