Hi. You need to get this checked out by your GP as soon as possible. Pain after eating, Swelling and pins and needles are symptoms of a few conditions that can be treated. It’s not normal. Could be kidney inflammation, could be B12 related pernicious anaemia - another autoimmune condition, peripheral neuropathy. Things need to be ruled out once you’ve got one autoimmune condition you’re at risk for others.
Can also be blood sugar issues from what you’ve described. Are you diabetic? Been tested? Get an emergency GP appointment to be on the safe side.
In the mean time. It could be inflammation from the gut related and certainly avoid the added xanthum gum and fizzy drinks. It’s a known irritant for some and in excess could well be toxic!
