i’ve stopped having donner since being diagnosed with celiac disease. i never used to have the wrap just the donner. today after chatting to family some glutens said they have it with no problems and it’s gluten free. i’m confused 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi. I think it depends on the source. The donner might not have any gluten ingredients but it’s a cross contamination risk even without the bread.

I have to agree. Cross contamination. I'm in the US and I cannot go into any subway sandwich restaurant without breaking out in Celiac blisters. The cross contamination is not only because something with gluten has physically come in contact with another food, but also because it's actually on the furniture, the counter, and in the air of the establishment.

thanks for your reply, cross contamination is definitely with the bread yes. but the donner wouldn’t have any cross contamination maybe?

Depends on the kitchen it’s prepared in, you would have to ask there.
