Hi, bit of a cross community post. I have Graves Disease , an autoimmune hyperthyroidism. I have created a petition to add hyperthyroidism to the medical exemption list. Hypothyroidism is on the list , so hyperthyroidism is well within its rights to be on there too. Please help me out by signing and sharing petition.parliament.uk/peti...

I’ve signed your petition and shared it on Twitter. I understand your frustration with this. I have an under-active thyroid, however, my daughter, during her pregnancy developed an over-active thyroid - long story. If you need to take daily medication for conditions like this, they should be exempted from having to pay for a prescription. I hope the petition gets the results you were looking for.
