Before I gave up gluten, I had the joint pain - but also bad leg aches. Usually in the evenings. That pain is rare, now.

Hi there, do you take a statin for high cholesterol? They can cause leg/muscle pain.

Hi Adnil. Before I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, about 4 years ago, I used to get horrible aching in my legs, especially in the calves. Obviously didn't know at the time that it was gluten that was causing it, but it has completely gone now that I am gluten free. So yes being glutened could very well cause aching legs.
