How are you guys doing with desert? Do you have it occasionally, or everyday, or never?
I’ve gone without sugar for a long time. Then i noticed that it’s ok to have some low fodmap sugar, either table sugar or maple syrup. I’m fond of rice pudding (soy protein milk) but just wondering if it’s ok to have it everyday(a pudding, containing a level tbsp white sugar and 2 tsp of maple syrup) or is it actually catching up with me? Yeah just wondering how you guys are managing it?
