I had tea with a cruncht bat i bright from the free from section - i expected free from gluten aswell as lactose. I realised after eating it that's it not gf!!I had the whole bar And now feel awful - so tired and sleepy and feel sick and headache. Feel like vomiting but not puking. What should I expect now? And when will I feel better?

Everyone's done it at some point :( so much in the free from section is gluten free, that we get lax about checking anything.

You'll probably feel rough for a few days. If you can get your hands on some activated charcoal, it'll really help your symptoms. Otherwise lots of water and some exercise also helps.

Bad luck Sid.

Peppermint or ginger tea can help with the symptoms.
