i am vegetarian but eat most else, i had severe burping and indi for years, i tried manuka of a good strength as things were getting desparate ups and downs but a year later , my gut is working pretty well and i love the manuka,i take about a teaspoon daily a half before 2 meals a little at night.i recmmd Nelsons.it seems dear but lasts ages and eventually works on the most difficult gut.take me seriously, i would not advise you otherwise , i love my food and eating what you want in moderation, meals 3 v occ snack only wards off depression, potatoes are good, big chips are good, keep your sugar down, you can have a couple sweet biscuits or slice of cake, dark choc is good for you,the cacao.avoid fizzy pop. water is your friend .having said all that i'm v anxious as i do live in diff circs, which i know i should change but don't, worry is so energy sapping and takes up so much time ! i'll give colloidal silver a plug too, i avoid doctors and consequently hospitals lol.and i'm not a kid either ,far from it, don't be taken in by my pic tho its gen and a couple years old.Gods Love surrounds us,altho we may not be aware of it in the way we would wish

Finally I find someone who describes severe burping! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease following a massive clot 5 years ago and haven't been the same since and I am on blood thinners for life. Since then, the anxiety is tremendous, accompanied by stomach issues. I can't eat as I used to - indigestion starts almost immediately, delayed digestion and the severe burping you mentioned. It has gotten to the point where I fear eating. I have noticed on occasion that I awake from sleep due to a slight cough at night and an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach and realized, after researching, that I might be suffering from GERD. I am interested in learning about the manuka you mentioned ad how it has helped you, Ciley. Thank you.
