Celiacs cook books?

Had a positive celiacs blood test ive been ill for years and im looking to start the gf soon any easy gluten free cook books i dont know how to cook so looking for something simple

Do you eat rice? You can cook rice and have beans mixed together as a side dish with gluten free shells/wraps and put cheese inside. You can microwave the cheese and wrap, then cut the wrap after it sits for a few minutes. Really good for a dinner! :-)

The good news is that curries are usually gluten free - it's just the breads you'll need to cut out/adapt!

I like the NOSH gluten free cook books. I also think slow cookers are helpful - they make home cooked meals a lot quicker.

If you're near Glasgow, one of the colleges runs a gluten free cookery course - next block starts January. It's worth going to.
