Hello! My 12 year old son was recently diagnosed an allergy to gluten and yeast ( along with some other items) I am having a tough time finding alternatives that cover both of these. Any resources? He is also allergic to peanuts, tomatoes, shrimp, tuna walnut and non grass fed cows milk TIA! Gigi

Gluten and yeast allergy
Try some of the India flat breads I found some recipes on line that you make with gram flour (chickpea flour) and they don't need yeast there are plenty of flours for cakes cookies etc but the flat breads can be used as pizza bases as well, must be really difficult for a child of that age who is used to eating almost anything
ok use ATARAX 10 MG THREE TIMES DAILY WITH EVERY MEAL
Good news. This might be a passing phase, he might grow out of it. So retest in a few years but by 21 die might be cast.
In the meantime do not look for alternatives. Just feed the whole family on his diet. There are some lovely GF recipes for cakes and bread.
When the rest of the family object, you might have to relent and buy toxic foods again.
It depends on what you are looking for. Perhaps check on line?

I had to avoid yeast when first diagnosed and also found it a good idea to avoid things like mushrooms and xanthan gum.
