Can cooked gf pasta be eaten cold like for a pasta salad or does it go hard?

Hi nettiboo1982,

I guess there is nothing stopping you eating GF pasta cold if you want to.

However speaking from personal experience, I've never liked the texture of it (I much prefer my GF pasta hot).

It sounds obvious but have a go for yourself and see what you think.

I find that gf pasta absorbs more liquid than regular pasta, so it might tend to dry out your salad a bit when cold. Possibly using extra dressing might help?
