Waitrose Essentials Cornflakes

This is in the coeliac society booklet as being gluten free, so I had some for breakfast. It went straight through me. I now see that it contains barley, so surely it shouldn't be in the list or have I missed something?

Hi Trenny, many supermarket cereals are malt coated but they test at below 20ppm so are listed with gluten free foods even though they say contains barley!

I hope that you feel better soon.

Ps, many of us can't tolerate them so you're not the first to make this slip up.

Whole Earth organic cornflakes from Asda are just cornflakes. The Nestle ones have some other gunk in them.
