Gofio is staple food of the canaries. It gives energy and vitality, it made a huge difference to hubby when we were in tenerife, so I bought some and now I need to order more.
I found two great websites, one of which says it does gluten free Gofio...to my delight.
Has anyone come across GF Gofio ? or used it ? I ask this before I order any.
