I wanted to let you all know about our next Digital Glaucoma Support Group - this session will be discussing Dry Eye. This is a topic that is often requested when we ask for topic suggestions, and we get lots of phone calls to the Glaucoma UK helpline about Dry Eye. This is your chance to find out more! There will be a presentation from Consultant Ophthalmologist and Founder of Ocuplan, Dan Calladine on the topic, and this will be followed by a question and answer session. The webinar will take place on Monday 10 June, 7pm - 8pm. If you would like to join us, please do sign up here: glaucoma.uk/events/dry-eye-...
We would love to welcome you, Glaucoma UK.

Good Morning, thank you for the reminder, I beleive I've already signed up. I've very dry eyes left eye having had a trabectulectomy is constantly watering useing celluvisc 0.5% preservative drops 3 times daily, would it be harmful to use this more often in both eyes or just more often in the one very watery eye only. Nonswimmer.
Thank you so much for the helpful reminder for June 10 th.
Since my pharmacy managed to obtain Thealoz Duo Gel drops ( which I use before bed ) it has really improved my dry eyes so that I rarely need any of the Thealoz Duo UD drops during the day. I wish I had had these drops years ago as I can now almost forget about dry eyes .
Sadly these Gel drops are often not available on the NHS.
Why does anyone with dry eyes or any glaucoma treatment not get these free on the NHS ? There are so many other drugs for diseases like Diabetes and even for family planning that are free, many of these other diseases may be self inflicted.
