Screen glare

I have advanced glaucoma in both eyes. My eyes find the glare from computer screens really difficult. I use a green filter, reverse print and a matt screen on my phone and computer monitor but still find it very tiring. Has anyone gound better solutions? I am having difficulty learning voice recognition

Do you regular breaks from the screen? When we concentrate we forget to blink and our eyes can become tired. Try to have a comfort break every hour to get away from the screen. Do the 20-20-20 routine. This is where every 20 minutes you look away from the screen for 20 seconds at something 20 feet away. Dry eye drops can also help.

Thankyou. My eyes find the glare far more difficult than that. 30 mins of screentime will make my eyes pretty useless for the rest of the day. I use dry eye drops constantly
