Have been using drops for glaucoma , now the opthalmologist has given me the option to have laser treatment , wondering if any others have gone down this road.

A bit apprehensive ,any advice welcome ..have been told I will not need drops if I have laser.

I had Selective Laser treatment but I still have to take glaucoma drops. I was not told I could stop the drops but I did ask and my consultant told me that I will always have to take them. The laser treatment did not bring my eye pressure down very much so I guess I will be on the drops for life. What type of laser treatment are you having?
