I want to get rid of skin diseases

Is there any injection or medicine for skin diseases? Like if I push that injection then I'll not have any skin problems in life time.

I'm passing painful time. Last 9 months I'm suffering with fungal infection (which looks like ringworm). I visited 4 doctors in my country as well as Mount Elizabeth hospital in Singapore. But still I'm fighting. Really piss off with my life due to my skin issue. Day by day spreading. If anyone knows about any medicine or injection name pls share with me.

There are no simple solutions, unfortunately. Ringworm and other fungal infections of the skin & hair are highly contagious and the infection will keep returning unless you persevere with your prescription medication (usually a cream or ointment to apply on the infected area) and keep the area clean and dry.

NB many people make the mistake of applying antifungal cream for a few weeks until the obvious signs of infection have receded, but in fact, you often have to keep applying until the medication is completely used up as the fungus can lie dormant in/on your skin.

If you get no benefit from an antifungal cream it might be because you need a different antifungal medication - see your doctor.
