Itching on private part no smell or abnormal discharge

It’s been exactly 7 days since it first occurred that I started having vaginal itching for the first time in my life (I’m 28 by the way). At first was just my labia lips itching but the second day I noticed the itching started to come from inside of my vaginal hole. I’ve been keeping that area clean with soap and even bought some Familien anti itch cream (cortisone 10) with no success. I’ve been putting ice on at night to help with the swelling and it appears to ease the pain as well. The swelling is not as bad at all by the way. It’s just the itching and of course every time i while my self after using the bathroom it triggers the itching to occur. I’m sure I do not have a yeast infection because my discharge is not as to someone that has a yeast infection. It is white but has no odd smell and is liquid white. Not cottage texture. Then I decided to buy AZO probiotic for females on amazon. I took one pill over night the following day I felt better. I took another one over night and the itching happened again and the burning as well. Tonight I will take it again (3rd day) . I’m really not trying to go to the doctor and spend money. Anybody knows how I can treat this? Or what this is ? I also read a lot of bad reviews on monisat. So I’m not trying to take it especially if I don’t have a yeast infection I don’t want it to cause me one. Unless I really do have a yeast infection 😔. Also the second day the itching began i felt slight burning when peeing now it doesn’t happen anymore.

Basically seems a bit gut flora imbalance but what could be the reason? Diet, Toilet Paper or Maybe Mould (well thats an area rarely explored due to high levels of ignorance). Consuming grains can definitely cause a leaky gut and hence toxins all over the blood stream plus the indoor environment has to be kept under consideration of almost every place visited. Hope this helps!

Hi there, it sure does sound like a yeast infection to me. Do you also have symptoms of burning when peeing or inflammation/redness around the vagina? I’ve been having frequent thrush for past few months now. Each time my symptoms get less severe. Last time I had a bit of itching, no discharge and only pain during sex etc and it came back as a yeast infection. Please be sure to get checked out as yeast infections tend to need medication and not clear up by itself. I hope you feel better soon!

Holistic Medication and supplementation ideally is the right coarse of action. May take time but will uproot the cause. Do a little research in apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic and cayenne. hope this helps!

Unpleasant itching is a sign of infection - smell is not always present. You have tried self medication and it didn't work so unfortunately it is time to see a doctor nhs.uk/conditions/vaginitis/

NB use of soap on delicate areas of our bodies can cause itching regardless of infection.
