Not sure what this discharge is. It goes away for a while & and comes back no itching or burning or bad smell. Yellow/green color! Does anyone know ?

Looks like yeast to me & could be cyclic. As it goes & comes use a calendar to keep a log to see if it's normal hormonal causes. Changes at these times can cause discharges due to normal body discharge e.g. a clear discharge is usually ovulation much more apparent in some than others. A thrush/yeast thick creamy or white discharge can be due to body temp changing during cycle or acidic changes due to umpteen reasons even types of semen. Some women can tell their partners are unfaithful because they develop thrush from their partners differing PH partner. However this is not something that could be proved without in depth testing it's just something long standing partners know. On your calendar also mark anything in your diet which may be causing the symptoms & things like swimming in chlorine water, cycling, horse riding & wearing nylon non cotton gusset.

First & foremost never let your health become an uncertainty & have regular smears.

Pls have this cultured to identify the source. This looks like a fungus and be negated/verified through a culture. Since it is coming from your vaginal area and you are using birth control, it could contribute to this imbalance...

Me too. Tried thrush creams and a thrush tablet it clears for a couple of weeks then comes back. Not been officially diagnosed what it is so interested to see what you find out.

The best place to find answers that you can rely on is your GP. Infections can cause all kinds of colourful discharge and smells, the only way to be sure what is going on is to have your GP take samples to test.

My doctor suggested a great prebiotic Ultimate flora is perfect, you find you have to keep refrigerated. Boric acid insert vaginally 1 for 21 days and metro gel 2xs a week for 4-6 months this should do very well. But a great prebiotic should do well.
