What do people do when they get Brain Fog is this affected by the weather?

Whenever there is heavy low cloud i get terrible headaches it hurts myveyes to look out of the window.

Last night i was in bed trying to sleep but had severe pain in my ankles it felt they were both being strangled I have been told thus is swelling pressing against my nerves.

I woke from avdream that i was slowly dying my family had come to visit me to say goodbye as nothing else could be done for me.

I was up at 7am had breakfast 3 mugs of tea now at 11am feeling very exhausted no energy just wanting to sleep as finding it hard to focus on doing anything i have been like this for over a week since having an infection with high temp. And fever and migraine. Not sure what i can except rest until i feel better.

Mostly a lack of sleep, good sleep is the reason for brain fog. Weather could affect your mood and health, have you looked into Seasonal Affective Disorder?

Excluding certain conditions could be helpful. Thyroid testing perhaps ? Also some of your symptoms could be due to low B12. So ask GP for a test and for Folate - Ferritin and VitD - all need to be optimal and not bumping along the bottom of the range. Always ask for copies of test results so you can monitor your own progress and check what has been missed :-) Am happy to help with the required thyroid tests if needed ...
