Been round the houses for several, 10 actually, years with endocrine issues. Can anyone recommend anyone who seems to know what they are doing?

The answers I get are all formulaic and repetitions of each other which clearly do not work.

Its a mixed bad of erratic TSH and cortisol, with both T3/T4 fluctuations. Follow a paleo diet gluten and diary free. No sugars etc. which takes the edge off of it, beyond that each day is an adventure (sort off).

Oh yes Oxford, London or Stirling.
