hi buddy, yes I’m 47 and have near total paralysis on left hand. It’s very debilitating but the breathlessness you mention levels it out as I can’t do half as much as I done before. Generally feeling useless at times… you feel better soon fella!
Hi, I really think that you are getting overwhelmed. Maybe some gentle hand exercises first thing and co-ordination ones that the other member mentioned in the other posts but make them fun so they don't seem like exercises at all. Maybe a simple jigsaw, you will find that you are there sorting and picking out the pieces and soon forget your hand feels a little weaker.
