I'm sorry. I feel like a complete bone head and I really hate doctors now.
I think I figured out whatbus causing my seizure like episodes. It's called roemheld syndrome.
Basically I eat something that gives me gas andvI spend the restbof the day and night going in and out of vasovagal episodes. The moment I burp it stops until the gas builds up again a short time later
It literally checks every box. Now I just have to figure out why.

Well done! Have you worked that out on your own? It sounds like a very weird syndrome. I hope you can get help and get it worked out. If it is that, yet another misdiagnosis of fnd...? And don’t you apologise. You were looking for answers, and that is legitimate. I hope you feel better very soon.
I did figure this out on my own. It's also called gastrocardia. Basically gas is aggravating my vasovagal nerve. This causes a whole host of issues that can be very scary and no amount of CBT will fix this. Just have to figure out what is causing the gastric problems. That could be a lot of things from diet to a hiatal hernia.
Totally agree with what artmom said and big congratulations for figuring this out yourself. How many more people here are left to figure it all out after a 'fnd' diagnosis, I wonder? ?

So will you go to the dr and get their help? Or can you try and sort it on your own to confirm?
I have a follow up appointment tomorrow morning to check my incisions from my surgery. I will tell her what is going on and she will get me in for other tests and refer me to a gastroenterologist. The hospital she works out of seems way more in the ball there. I went there last December for abdominal pain my own doctor insisted was anxiety. They had me diagnosed and scheduled to meet the surgeon in 3 hours. So they do not cut corners like the hospital in my town.
Got my referral to a gastroenterologist at Universit of Michigan. Should receive a call in a day or two.
