Thank you for all your advice, regarding my manager asking me to resign from my position, I've checked with UC and been advised it will not effect my money in anyway. But the company is also refusing to pay me any holiday pay that I'm entitled to saying the I have not put the hours in for holiday pay. I appreciate everyone's help 🙏 thank you .

If you were on sick and being paid SSP, yes you are entitled to holiday pay and by refusing they are breaking the law.
Your union might be able to advise on this.
Check your contract, this is what Acas say:
Building up holiday entitlement when off sick
Employees 'accrue' (build up) their holiday entitlement as normal when they're off work because of sickness or injury.
I would reference ACAS. Curious how long had you worked with them?
