Hi
So I have shared some success stories when my son had leg spasms/numbness and was laid up and then when his brain was distracted got up when about his day/joined me to play with the cat and also when transferring from his bed to wheelchair once, missed and landed with a bump, only to them get up and shortly afterwards come down stairs as right as rain.
I have also learn't during my Re-Active Education lessons that by altering someone's attention and focus, this distracts from the autonomic movement our brain is controlling and by adding some sensory input it can help further.
So this short clip was just shared with me, which I thought highlighted this, its on the below site.

I actually ended up watching all the new shorts and the "what is your river running over with today" was so funny (and good advice below).
