Regarding my last post. I told my therapist what WE were going to talk about and the things that WE are going to deal with, and they all have to do with this year, not the last fifty nine. I told her she either agrees with that and we move forward.... or she doesn't agree with that and we move on ....elsewhere. Now I believe I have her focused.

Gosh! Well done you. I always have those kinds of conversations in my head and then I turn into a yes/no person when faced with them. Hope it really works out for you.
