Hi, I have the same but on my legs. It's been happening for the past 6 months I would say. Some days, it happens more often and some days less. There is days when it doesnt happen at all. Like the other day when I felt the tingle and goosbumbs appeared I was wondering why is that? What did I do different or did I sit awkwardly or different position? I didn't so no idea why they appear hmm
