Hi. I have this too. Only on my right leg - since end of April ( so 3 months now). I also have anxiety. Might this be the reason? Bloodwork was ok, EMG also normal. Not sure if I should ask for MRI now.

I feel the tingling feeling first and then I can see the weird pattern coming up. It usually starts 30 minutes after getting up and happens 10-20 times a day - everyday! Since it started.

The same thing... Feel the tingling then goosebumps appear for about 10 seconds. Today, I had them appear like 8 times in a row, which I never had that many times before. I also noticed lower back pain more than usual today so perhaps that's connected. It's so weird nobody knows what it is yet so many people get it

I'm not sure it is from anxiety as I don't have anxiety and I still get them weird goosebumps

Do you have it every day ? I noticed that I feel it more in the morning/ lunch time and at night it’s getting less - but I have it everyday.

When it started it was usually twice a month but now I get it couple of times a week. I get it any time of the day and it's usually my legs especially left one (calf area)

I also have it mostly on my calf area (some small patches go up to the knee area) - but I literally have it everyday. Just 10 minutes ago the last time. It’s so frustrating and I hate the feeling.

Yes it is very frustrating and I hope we all get some answers why those patches are happening

I’ve read that can be because of a thiamine deficiency. It’s also called piloerection. Dr Derrick Lonsdale wrote an article about it that I read a few years ago on his website

It's so weird when it happens and how the occurrence is so similar between us all. I am always brushing my leg thinking something is on there or it's a little more severe sometimes. However if I'm laying down on resting it causes involuntary movements like other resting issues I have

Did you have it checked out by a doctor?
