Anyone can give advice here my story of what happen to me

Hi I been stuffing with werid symptom since August 2021 I start off slow have numbers in my right leg and right arm then I fell over on my friend wheel chair I end up in hospital I was that much pain then I had crutch I start experience more numbness then I move out and move in bunglaw I been recovery slow with crutches with walking how few shakeae on my right leg and arm not sure what there are but on June 29 I fell alseep on the bus knock my self fall on disabily chair then woke up not be able to feel my arm and leg complete gone after 8 month of have half numbness to this I had a CT there all came clear then there mention fnd as my foot was shake when it complete gone. I now in zm frame and motor scooter to get around my arm has not come back complete and my leg had gone it only been five days and nothing in my leg expect for shale though out the day I got neurology appointment on Friday the 8 this week coming I about to dignore fnd that what ae doctor told as I match some of the symptoms and my brain scan came back clear I so scared I not sure what to think I don't understand fnd and and it mena for me now I was wonder if there anyone who can give advice on this condition many thank and anyone who has suggest what help with these werid symptoms
