Left Arm Goosebump Clusters

Similar issue to some posts below.

Anxiety, back and neck issues, allergies, asthma. It felt like I was cold but I wasn’t. A bit tingly, and it came back as I read the comments, like it was a stimuli. I can feel tingly behind my left ear, jaw, neck and even left side of bottom lip. This morning prior to my arm goosebumps, I was in the shower drying off and a wave of nausea came over me which I can only think to be similar to overwhelmed, anxiety, panic feeling.
