Where do you live? Try canabis oil if you can get hold of it. After the current scandal with the 12 year old boy, in todays news, it should soon be available even in the UK.

My best wishes x

I was having a seizure a week and then it turned into every couple days, to everyday to three times a day. The only thing that works for me is the Ketogenic diet (which I admit is very hard, doing it 9 months now) and I do a THC/CBD oil (medical marijuana and hemp oil) I take very little to avoid drowsiness.

Now I only get tremors or seizures during my period, which is more manageable.

Also when you're having seizures like that, multiple times a day, it's miserable. A lot of my symptoms like nausea, malise, fatigue, balance issues, headaches, numbness etc which leads to depressions, really improved a lot after I started managing my seizures with the diet and oils.

feel free to send me any messages if you have any questions. I swear by those oils and diet, they have given me my life back.

Chingona, you may want to try a chemical contraceptive that stops menstrual periods.

I have the exact same thing now. back and forth. I now have someone recommending a book and cd called healing trauma by Dr Peter Levine. I am trying it - it is for Trauma and I am being told by a reputable MD -Psychiatrist that what I have is trauma trapped in the body from "multiple trauma s at a catastrophic level.- meaning physical injury MVA capped by social losses -financial nd family losses and re-injuy- surgeries and fractured caused by the FMD- I haven't been able to stabilize in 6 years. Has anyone else heard of this book? I find people and transport to be the worst for triggering syptmoms. Anytime I am touched or pressured or overstimulated it is like a tsunami.

There are other resources: nonepilepticattacks.info, neurosymptoms.org, the book Functional Neurologic Disorders of the Handbook of Clinical Neurology, and the book "Is it all in your Your Head? Real stories of Imaginary Illness."

I have the non epileptic seizures too along with fatigue, weakness, headaches and a lot of other symptoms. I have been using CBD oil for about 6. months and it really seems to help with managing symptoms. I found that exercise helps also. But the one thing that has helped me the most is meditation and mindfulness. You have to keep a positive attitude which is very hard sometimes I know, but this has gotten me through some really bad days. My favorite app for meditation is called Calm. I urge everyone to try it! You will be amazed!

Give Tai Chi and Chi Gung exercises a go, helps to keep the muscle strength up. Lots can be done from a chair if need be and you don't need a lot of space. It has been my part of my medicine box for several years now, like most medication you need to take it regularly.

Keep it up.

Take Care
