10km race to raise funds for FND Hope

Hi Peeps

Well I've asked my brain nicely to cut me some slack on Sunday 3rd December when I am running my first road race since my whole body daily seizures began. It's a 10km run and is taking place in Edinburgh. I have set up a JustGiving page under FND Hope UK's JustGiving account. Hopefully this link works : justgiving.com/fundraising/...

If you can give anything that's great. If not just please keep your fingers crossed for me at 11am (start time).(That's UK time).

Hi louyse my phsycologist told me about someone doing marathons,I'm amazed that the body allows you to do that, all the best.
