Sorry to hear you're feeling low and we understand the moods that comes with this FND.

We wish we could take it away but all we can do is just trying to take one day at a time and do ones best.

My wife has FND so I see the emotional roller coaster ride that she, yourself and others go through.

Keep smiling and smelling the roses and write whenever you wish.
