Hi can anyone give me advice as what to used for severe nerve pain from my feet up to my thighs and upper arms its like knife's going through my body only medicine I'm using is Prozac, panados,tramodol,and my blood pressure medication anything injection please

If you live in the states there are several drugs that will help. I have this also although not too terribly bad yet. My parents and brother suffered horrible with it. Cymbalta, lyrica, gabapentin all work somewhat, I don't believe anything takes it completely but their is relief. Hope this helps...Cathy

Hi there ....I take between 10-20 mg amytrypline seems to help. Take at 7pm so have chance to wear off by next morning with the help of a strong morning coffee!! I found. gapentin knocked me out too much. But we all react differently I guess. It's the most horrid pain isn't. Hope you feel a bit easier soon. Epsom salt baths also help me a little to relax my leg muscles too. Take care Lucy
