Mineral Oils

Has anyone tried using mineral oils to stop FND symptoms? Someone told me FND symptoms stopped when someone she knew smelled a specific mineral oil. One has to try different oils until you find the right mineral oil that works for you. If you have tried this please let me know. Thanks!

I've tried some oils the first time I had some one do foot zoning and tried all of the oils that she suggested I didn't see a difference and the second time I had a friend that would not leave me alone until I tried the oils she suggested because she knew it would make a difference so I did it for a few weeks just so I could tell her I gave it a good try and I didn't see a change in symptoms but everyone is different it wouldn't hurt to give it a try and see if it works for you

I am getting some relief with using Doeterra Nerve Blend Essential Oil.  The blend consists of:

10 drops Helichrysum (a high potency oil)

10 drops Frankincense

10 drops Sandalwood

5 drops Basil

6 drops Peppermint

A practitioner blended this for me. Essential oil are not mineral oil.  That is a petroleum product.

I have more energy at times and can sustain activity for a longer period at times.

Also using Newton's Pro-Remedy for Extreme Exhaustion/Epstein-Barr homeopathic drops.  Cost is about $ 23.00 for a month's supply. I was not able to order directly from Newton's without a prescription from a naturopath or  licensed practitioner. If anyone is interested I can provide the contact information for the supplier.
