Going to work?

Again this is another question I too was about. I am due to go back to work in January following a short period of sickness then a years maternity leave (I was only diagnosed fnd last year whilst having my daughter). The gp and occupational health have stated to work that I need to have a phased return, adapted duties, reduced hours etc but I am wondering how I will manage at work. I really need to back to start supporting my family again (we have 3 young children ) and my husband already works 12 hr days 6 days a week to support us. I work in a school nursery and worry about getting up and down with the children as this affects my dizziness balance a lot also my weakness in my arms when carrying. It would be good to hear from others to see how they manage.
I am still working but since May I have been unable to get to full time. I'm working 30hrs but struggling at that. I love my job and get frustrated that I can't do it the same As Before. Going for my 2nd opinion. Today. The consultant asked for it.
I gave up work last year in May, and it's only now 17 months later I might be getting somewhere with a diagnosis. I'm lucky mine was only a second income, but one that certainly made life nicer for us. I currently see no way of returning to work, how can you with such a headache and dizziness? Forget the tiredness, forgetfulness, losing words, sometimes not actually being able to form words. And the pain and lack of feeling in fingers. I worked as a sales assistant in a shop, and that's all I've ever done.
