interesting. I did not know that BHB is an HDACi.

Also this being researched on cell lines and not in humans puts a little damper but still significant and easy to implement if you’re on my mmunotherapy

I actually started a keto diet yesterday. Last time i did it was when i was doing my EBRT back in 2015 and went from 185 to 145 and was losing a pound a day so i had to stop after about 4 months.

Thos time i willl stop at 170lb.
